Making maki
Homemade sushi - various types of maki - for supper today - I really enjoy making sushi and they scored highly for taste if not so highly for presentation. I think a lot of practice would be required to learn how to get the filling to be in the middle with an even layer of rice all the way round it. One day, perhaps.
