FF Allium

During a demonstration of his corn cutting scythe, my garden helper inadvertently whacked off the head of this Allium called "Spectacular".
I am going to plant a lot of them for next year. they are my new favourtis that are not appealing to deer or slugs.

I sent one to an old Trappist monk friend. He sent this one back:
