too cold to snow?

Is there such a thing?

Today there is no snow but school is closed because the icy roads near the school are treacherous.

My youngest decided it would be fun to go to the shopping centre. It was warm inside and was fairly quiet being a tuesday morning. We had lots of fun and had a cake and a cup of tea.

Bonus quality time. :)
