Pollok House

Very warm today but sadly after an early spell of sunshine it has been dull for most of the day.

Pollok Park is such a popular place for a walk that I often meet people I know ...... today it was a young couple from the church and their two wee boys and then further on a couple who used to sing in the same choral society as I do. Their working spaniel, Freddie, was just longing to have a cool down in the river.

The azaleas and rhododendrons are in full bloom and the bees were spoilt for choice as they set out on their pollen gathering mission.
