A walk in the snow

After the recent snowfall here in the outskirts of Edinburgh, the sun finally came out and it was beautiful.

Clare and I decided to head out for a morning walk - from the ferry and up towards the ruins at Craigie Woods. Just walking in the snow, enjoying the sun on our faces and seeing spring trying to break forth thru the last throes of winter was a great way to start the day.

Again just stopping from rushing around and taking time to appreciate the great things that this world has to offer that is all around us is something that we all should try and do more often - and then for us to recognize the creators hand behind it all is something very special.
