Red hot poker

As I walked around Meadowbank yesterday, I admired the red hot poker plants, two stands of which are shown in the blip.  The other plant caught my eye because I’d not seen it before and I have no idea what it is.  It was situated at the bottom of the large stand of red hot pokers.
