Lost in their books....

What a beautiful day it’s been!

After our live communion service at church, we packed a picnic lunch, chairs and books and headed to High Elms Country Park with Big Sis. Very quiet when we arrived, then gradually other families arrived to enjoy the glorious weather. Plenty of space for everyone and great to hear happy conversation carrying across the field.

And this evening we were blessed by a late invitation to join other friends for a while. We sat in their conservatory as the evening brought a cool wind. We’d decided to walk to them as we’d done very little but sit all day, and the brisk walk home was good!
