Contains A Silent Letter

The subject for today's Mono challenge is to illustrate a word that contains a silent letter.  My immediate thought was the patchwork baby blanket I am working on at the moment.  Knitting with a silent K.   The first panel is done, the next one just started.  It doesn't look very appealing as a baby blanket in just shades of blue, so I have put the coloured version as an extra.  The pattern called Ploughed Rows is reversible.
