Blocked

Our daughter and her friends arrived yesterday for a weekend of volleyball in Mexico. The conditions were pretty good, not too much wind with nice temperatures, so we spent a lot of time on the beach. It was a good time to practice my photo skills (along with playing some volleyball). Blocking shots have always been difficult to capture at just the right moment, rarely is the ball hitting the hands. Today, I was fortunate to get this perfectly timed block. To make it better still, the woman doing the blocking is the girlfriend of the guy hitting the ball.
