Watching The Waves

I have been reading everywhere that this weekend is the "unofficial" start to summer in the United States and today the weather finally lived up to that billing. This lifeguard hut on Dog Beach has been vacant the previous two weekends, but today, because summer has now started, it was occupied. There was not too much activity in the water, other than those with four legs, but I suspect there will be more to watch as the temperatures rise in the coming days.
