A day at the beach.

Spent some time at Wells-next-the-sea. Beautiful beach, but I have no idea why their cafe can't open earlier than 10am! And why don't they have number plate recognition instead of the long queues at the pay and display machines as it's a really busy and popular beach area.

Thought I'd take a quick photo with my AvgCamPro app. Was a tad frustrated that this fella walked infront of me, but then decided I quite liked this quirky/blurry photo, and he was very evenly spaced in the frame!

Came back and sat in the garden, the sun is on the back of the cottage all day long, so relaxing to sip a glass of wine and watch the children play in the garden.

They were playing 'dog and owner'. Reggie being the dog! Emmeline asked me how do I train a dog to behave.I had to think for a moment, then  I told her that you reward good behaviour with a 'tuggy' or a treat. Now, I have no idea how she knows what a tuggy is, but she asked Reggie to put the lead in his mouth, ( ok, not brilliantly hygienic) then she proceeded to tug, and then rewarded him with a pretend treat. I couldn't believe how she'd grasped the concept without me explaining more.
