Proud as a peacock (butterfly)!

Physio appointment, visit to Central Station with L to buy railway tickets for our trip to the Hampton Court Flower Show in July and then home in time to have lunch with friends.

Very hot today ...... I did feel sorry for the Openreach guy, clad in his protective gear, as he climbed to the top of the telegraph pole in my neighbour's garden ..... fortunately it wasn't my problem this time.

While I was round the back I spotted this peacock butterfly lying on a very dry patch of earth.  I'll be forced to water the garden this evening after it has cooled down a bit.
