Had to be....a Peony!

Despite spending day with social media influencer shawna law (@exploringedinburgh) I neglected to take any pics. Snatched this one on the way home with friend's son. She's away on an artist's residence for two weeks and I was her childcare help today and next Wed.

I love peonies, in particular the pink ones but this red one is gorgeous too. I had peonies in my wedding bouquet and it was 4th June we got married. Have booked Kings Wark for dinner on Saturday with my husband.
