Buttercup field
We met with a reporter from the local paper at the allotment this morning to put together an article for their next edition. We wait and see the outcome. The reporter made some useful suggestions which echo what one or two blippers also said.
I feel that the Committee lacks leadership and direction and is resigned to our fate. We’ve had no notes or minutes from meetings or the site meeting last week. I also feel I’m fighting on two fronts yet many people remain against moving.
My, it was hot this morning while working on the plot. I was glad to get home for a shower and some lunch and liquid.
It remained very warm and sultry while we were out on our walk, looked thundery later in the afternoon. Susan had a challenging time with her mum later on.
We were uplifted by this lovely field of buttercups. We’ve slipped into the habit of only focusing on negatives while walking. Goodness knows there are enough to be going on with!
Thank you all for your welcome comments on yesterday’s blip of the Bluebell Railway
