Bee on salvia

Mum and dad headed off home about 7:30 this morning. Ironically, a few days before they came up, they booked to stay at a hotel not too far from where the children live. It was going to be a surprise (even though we will all be at work). Mum said she needed a break and wanted to see everyone. They’ve decided to still come up again, which will be next week, and as it’s only for 3 nights I’ve offered for them to stay here again if they wanted to stay longer. 

In the afternoon Mr C and I popped to a garden centre to pick up a new Laurel plant.

A very hot day.
