Art Deco
The flowers of these unconventional alliums hang down, reminiscent of light shades on an art deco lamp. In the evening sun the white parts seem to glow as if they have a lit bulb inside and the pinkish petals echo their more traditional globe shaped neighbours behind.
I find, rather than trying to make the magentas more intense so they are prominent, it's better to reduce saturation in the greens, which are too overbearing anyway at this time of year.
