A grungy car park...

...in the mirror... a sort of abstract for Thursday...
Late posting as we had a trip to the Claremont hospital in Sheffield this evening. Roy had an appointment with a consultant about his gammy hip... I had to wait in the car park, so had plenty of time for fartnarkling ;) 

Apparently the hip is VERY gammy - three options are:
i) take pain killers and ignore it
ii)trim expectations and change lifestyle and manage it
iii)let the orthos loose on it...
