Hadrian's Cycle Way...

... NCN Route 72, following part of the old Waggonways...

We passed by Segedunum Roman fort, Royal Quays, Albert Dock Marina and reached the Cycle Hub on the quayside in time for lunch. Great views of the bridges over the Tyne, and HMS Tyne was alongside the Quay, all trimmed up for the Jubilee and accepting visitors!

A 20 mile round trip on the e-bikes - getting used to adjusting the power so I can keep up with Roy :)
