Beautiful Algarve...

Hired a car and drove inland to Silves today where we visited the red sandstone Castle which dominates the town. It was built by the Moors and has great views. There's a pic in extras from one of the ramparts. However, this little butterfly was on one of the bushes inside and I loved its zebra styling so it's today's blip!

Also in Extras is a set of dinosaur footprints on the beach at Salema (yes really!), a pic of a stork's nest and one of the many wall tiles you see dotted around the buildings here (often blue and white).

Headed to the most South Westerly point of Europe tonight to watch the sunset. Was quite fun although a bit of a long drive back in the dark. 

A game of cards and more Mateus Rosé finished the night off! Last full day  of hols tomorrow :(
