The beach at Hervey Bay in Qld

We had a lovely long walk along the beach late this afternoon which was much needed after lunch at the Boat Club at the Marina. The beach is about 15ks long in total not that we went that far! It had been a bit overcast all afternoon and we had been for a drive to have a look around the area and on the way home I spotted a beautiful golden glow above the water down the far end of the beach. By the time we parked the car and I got up to the unit to grab my camera and back down to the beach it had gone - and gone very quickly so I was very disappointed. Anyway it was still a nice view - this is looking north, not east as you would think, as the bay curves out and around. The water is still a bit discoloured as there have been big floods up this way too.
