I couldn't wait any longer

Damsels and dragons usually emerge from my pond in the middle of May. Still nothing. I look every morning. Nothing for it but to visit Whixall Moss for a dragonfly fix. This is a Four-spotted chaser. There's a Large red damselfly in extras and a White Wave moth and a Green Hairstreak butterfly.
