3rd time lucky

Ullswater 07:30am. I did it, my 3rd stand up paddle board session, no problem standing up, getting back on after sliding off ones board! Thanks to Liz, Ruth and Andy for your support today. Had a fantastic time with no injury. It really boosted my confidence after my broken rib 7 weeks ago and kidney infection 10 days ago.

Tom and I went to White Syke garden centre (plant central) to get some foliage for the garden.
All of a sudden it was prosecco o'clock.
