I had to get up at 5:30 am for a paracetamol as my finger was complaining. Fortunately, I managed to get back to sleep for a couple of hours.

More work on the shower room this morning, then a two hour drive to the Lake District for a few days away with Harriet and George. We are staying in a cottage in the village of Threlkeld near Keswick. This is the view from the back of the house.
