Curious cows

Back blip - Friday
Our last day in Bovey Tracey.  Had a longer walk with mum locally in the morning, along part of the templer way at Brimley, and then back along a bridlepath where the granite tramway from Haytor can still be seen. Mum had a nap in the afternoon, so we went off for another walk with my brother and sister-in-law around the pretty village of Bickington (extra of 15th century Church lychgate) and back down the hillside to follow the river lemon back to where we'd parked.
Mike decided we needed a longer walk, so we crossed over the main road and then followed the river on the otherside, past farmland, through a pretty wood and back down narrow lanes. These cows came over to say hello.

Back to mum's for a reviving cup of tea and last minute jobs to tide her over.
