How low can you go....?

Today was field day for the kindergarten kids and 1st graders. This is the last full week of school for them. They bused over to the high school for a scavenger hike in the morning which was a lot of fun and went surprisingly well. Unfortunately it was so hot with a high heat index and poor air quality our outdoor activities for the afternoon had to move inside.
Here the kids were doing the limbo. They weren't allowed to bend over backwards so it was all crouching under. They also played tag, had a story read to them, made beautiful little bird ornaments and played in a drum circle. A good day by all.
