"a simple little pigeon"

Today was the point at which you started to see the areas in the city that never see sunlight - took this picture on my way to work at a bicycle railing....the sun had yet to realise that there was still snow here but someone or thing had been walking through it! :) No need for my CSI skills to work out what made these footprints.....m, Bigfoot perhaps?!! haha! No, more likely one of the city pigeons!

It's good to see the snow melting, and spring skies returning, although rumour has it we are getting more at the weekend, which wouldn't worry me because then I'm off work and would have time to enjoy it!

Went to badminton by myself tonight as the others were battling it out in the DABA league against Carnoustie. Think it's safe to say I might be a bad luck charm when I go along to watch because without me tonight - they recorded a great win over a team which hammered us last year. However that scoreline last year was not helped by half the team getting lost on the way, only to find out later on that they had a sat nav but chose not to use it!! If memory serves me right, that was also the night of the icy corner hand brake turn 'for the fun of it' - I was not the driver might I add! It was a 'life flashed before my eyes' moment and to be honest it wasn't very interesting at that point to flashback through! :) It's got better since then! :)

Varsity tomorrow - Dundee v Abertay derby day! Really looking forward to going along to watch - good excuse for a 2hr lunch especially for the occasion!
