Hello Ducky

I was allowed onto my course without the paperwork I was supposed to bring so that was a good thing. So now I'm fully up-to-date with my emergency life saving skills including defibrillation - STAND CLEAR, ABOUT TO SHOCK.

Walked back from the tube station through the park as there is a marked improvement in the weather. Just as well as I was about to go into hibernation.

I had no intention of blipping a bird but how could I not post this? I was going to try arty but the duck wins out because -
Firstly, it was a feisty little thing, quite happy to take on other birds in & out of the lake as demonstrated here
Secondly, what is it? I know it's a duck but I've no idea what breed.
Thirdly, just look at it's feathers. Amazing colour.
It's new to the lake as I haven't seen it before. So does anyone know what it is?
