Frozen Light

I have no idea why but I love this shot. Does anyone else ever feel like that? It's blurred, boring and buggered up but I have stared at it for 15 minutes now trying to explain how, where and why? but I can't. It's from my window because it cold, with the on-camera flash and a cheap zoom lens.....but that's not it. Total luck - good or bad you can decide but it depresses me to know I couldn't do this on purpose or get more scenes of a similar ilk to make this a series.
