Not quite the Green Cross Code I grew up with but she did look with such elegance and she didn't get run over either. Another code that non-Scando's might not know is that cars (and all motorised vehicles) must have their headlights on at all times, even at midday in the height of summer. In fact, cars are only sold with the headlights permanently on. This seemed strange when I first came to Denmark but now I think it very odd to see a moving car without the lights on. Scary, even.
