Another lunch

Today is the husbands birthday, we were kindly given lunch out at the beautiful hotel where we had our wedding reception, it's a very special place to us (and very lovely).  We had a lot to be very thankful for today and it was quite a poignant lunch, there may be been (almost) a few tears when we received a lovely message from the husbands mother. 

Today I'm grateful for: 
The husbands birthday 
A special present for me from the husband (the wrong way round for a birthday, I know) 
Afternoon visit to our neighbour to see her dogs - although the boys barely saw the dogs and instead insisted on a tour of her house
