The Morning After

Surprisingly enough we all felt good and ready for the day, nothing to clear up, all done last night. I believe Mrs S thoroughly enjoyed her birthday and having worked right the way through the pandemic so she should.
Paddy had behaved impeccably yesterday, none of the shenanigans we had half expected from a year old ‘pup’, so we headed off for his favourite walk. Swanpool via the Nature Reserve where he gets to run up and down the stream before heading round to the beach. We drank coffee and Paddy seemed hypnotised by this bird at the waters edge, he laid still for around ten minutes just watching.

Home, a quieter day, rounded off with a Sunday roast.
