2021 Friday — On the Porch

One of the features we enjoy of our SoCal house is the front porch. We lingered on the porch for several hours this evening—before dinner and again after we ate.

This picture was captured at about 8:20. We are thoroughly enjoying the long sun-lite evenings. We sat on the porch watching the solar lights on the fence posts light-up one-by-one. I told Mr. Fun that once the last two were lite we’d need to go inside, and that is what we did.

The decorative wrought-iron on our porch was making an interesting shadow on the fence as we headed into the house. Mr. Fun’s car still needed to be put into the garage.
