I've increased the number of steps in one walk as I check that the walking isn't going to cause a repeat of the earlier issues, so this morning I walked to the local Co-op and back, a round trip of just under 6,000 steps (about 3 miles), then another walk on the top end of People's Park brought the day's total to 10,000.
