Blooming

Another shot of what would have been the extra yesterday that I forgot. Today the 4th iris opened on the front right, so you can't see how almost-black the bud was.  This autumn I will be moving plants around again for a better layout and spacing now that they're more established.

A really hot day.  We did some yard work and sprayed Liquid Fence around the flowers to keep the (three) rabbits from eating them. Not to worry.  There's plenty of grass and clover for them.
