Reflections

A lovely trip to the Long Barn this morning for a coffee (well, two actually, and yes, there was a piece of cake), and a wander round the plants and shop. It’s the first time we’ve been back to this place, one of our regular pre-pandemic coffee shops, and it was very nice to be back. They’ve got it well organised, and it wasn’t anywhere as near as busy as I’d expected.

While we were there, I bought this fire pit which doubles up as a lovely reflecting pool in the garden. I know which one will get more use, and I don’t mind when it inevitably goes rusty because who doesn’t love a bit of rust in the garden.
