Steady

Walked Hetty before it got too warm before breakfast, then off to nurses appointment for annual check, all good.
Out for run by 9:30, but it was already hot, it was a struggle and we decided to miss the last hill and cut it short.
Spent the rest of the day in the garden, working and then a nice hour in my favourite chair reading. Not the easiest chair to get into, it first needs steadying and then slow manoeuvre in. Made a baked mascarpone and blueberry for dessert and warmed up yesterday leftovers for dinner. Had a call from daughter as she was walking from one friend to another, she had lunch with one recovering from major operation and then took cake to another that is feeling low this week. She is a lovely person.
Still lots to do in the garden but mostly hubby jobs.
