Spinning a yarn

JJ's PC was collected this lunchtime and taken away for repair.  They say things come in three's, so what with that, his garage door not opening in hot weather, to cap it all, at just after 10 p.m. one of the smoke alarms went off.  Nothing untoward except JJ couldn't remove it from the ceiling and in the end had to take out the back-up batteries and flip the switch on the circuit breaker.  

Back from golf and JJ has managed to get both smoke alarms off the ceiling and is busy removing all the dust and spiders webs.  I do hope that solves the issue.

I was in the garden reading the latest Peter James when this little spider decided to use me as a web staging post.
