Stay still

My osteopath gave me a good working over this morning and I really could have done with a nap this afternoon, but didn't succumb.  Fortunately it's not been too warm so I've lifted a few more daffodil leaves, done a bit of lazing about and taken a few pictures.

I was very pleased to see this small tortoiseshell enjoying the scabious and it stayed just long enough for me to get its picture.

Is anyone else enjoying Sherwood?
