Green And Pleasant

I met up with my friend Roger on Ham Hill this morning for one of our regular walks and catch ups. It was a glorious morning and the fields beneath the hill were looking particularly green.

Spent the afternoon watching the Scotland match against the Czech Republic then in the evening it was back to Keep Fat. A very hot session!
