Looking promising

Day 1 of holiday
A few things to do before we left home and then a straightforward drive to Coniston, though taken with care as well laden.
We set up camp in the NT campsite then walked beside the lake back toward Coniston village and the other campsite, which was ridiculously crowded for the amount of toilets etc there are. (We stayed once when it was busy and vowed never to return in holiday season, though have had a few nights one April when it was almost deserted).
After eating we lazed around enjoying the views and sunset until it was time for bed.
