Heidi country

After breakfast at the campsite, we headed away on our bikes to do a tour around the villages of Malans, Jenins and Maienfeld, famous for Heidi and wine. It was very hot, but lovely to be out and about on the bikes. Back at the campsite, we struck camp, sounds quite dramatic, it really was just taking our little tent down! We drove home with the non-functioning AC, golly it was hot and sticky. In the evening I went for a swim in Hallwilersee, the first swim of the year. It was really nice and calm, and the water was about 19 deg C.
