Goodbye

I can’t believe it, yet another goodbye at the office. Celine, our cobalt blue girl left 2 months ago, and now my boss, at the back is leaving. He has been made redundant after such a terrible time with the management over the last year. He has got a package, so he is happy to leave now. I am stepping straight into his shoes as the group leader, so now I have to forge a much better relationship with the management. I’m really going to miss him, we’ve worked together for 15 years, and he’s been a great boss and mentor for me. We had a nice dinner together, and will still meet up regularly.
