Teach Them to Blip when They are Young and . . .
and they will always be blippers.
May be Joe and the gang at Blip Central could start a blip site for the ones under 10 years old!
Today we had a pleasant surprise when our granddaughter, Desiree (mother of Tristan) text-messaged Grandpa Fun to let us know that she was here visiting at our daughter's home.
So this evening we all went to dinner together. Mr. Fun, Rosie, and our daughter, Deidre (pronounced de-dra) we've always called her Dede and our son-in-law John and their daughter, Ashly, and Desiree (our son's daughter) and her toddler, our great-grandson, Tristan. It was one of those moments that makes life meaningful.
As dinner was concluding Aunt Dede was showing Tristan how to use a camera. I think it wouldn't take much to transform him into a blipper. These young ones grasp the technology.
By the way, the 17th of every month is "A Very Good Day!" and today was no exception. I'm thankful for family -- for children, for grandchildren, for great grandchildren. I'm thankful too for this community that allows me to share these moments. Hope your weekend is filled with meaningful moments.
Good night from Southern California,
Rosie (& Mr. Fun), aka Carol
