Sun's Up!

Got up early to try and catch the heron. No such luck but I saw it fly overhead laughing at me shouting you'll have to try harder than that! Anyway looked out of the bedroom window and was greeted by a fabulously clear dawn with the sun just coming up over the rooftops that were white with a touch of fresh snow. So that was my blip today. What a treat to see blue sky and sun even though it remains mighty cold.
Then had a lovely walk in our local park Hubbards Hills, took loads of photos then, when at home, deleted most of them. Still it looked beautiful with patches of snow daffodils about to burst forth, ducks being merry and everyone spoke to me. That's the sun for you!
