A hectic day packing the parrots off for their holiday, packing up the van and picking up more mice.
They are little wood mice who have come into the conservatory after the parrots food, spilt on the bottom of their cages
During the hot spell all the doors and Windows have been open from 6am and I think they’ve sneaked in unnoticed.
I picked up another 2 today. Hopefully now there are no parrots or parrot food in the house, the mice won’t be tempted in.
I can’t do anymore and a neighbour will check on things.
Setting off at 3am tomorrow in the vain hope of avoiding too much traffic on the M5/M6 interchange.
Thunderstorms are forecast. :-/
