Into the east

A great passage into the sunrise this morning, sailing from Belfast to Scotland. Well, motor sailing really as there wasn’t a lot of wind, as you can see from the wonderfully smooth sea!

It was so mirror-like we were able to see a whale breaking the surface twice on our first few hours of crossing. So fantastic!

With thanks to the Ards Man for the sunrise shot; I have to confess I was sleeping at this stage! Well, we did leave at 5am.
