James Hamilton Memorial Park

A beautiful warm day

We are in East Kilbride visiting my sister. We went for a 2.0 mile walk round the James Hamilton Memorial Park and then on to my sister’s daughter to watch her Granddaughter’s Celebration day at the end of Primary School. It was shown online and it was good to see how well the School helped the Leavers mark their transition to High School after a very difficult year because of COVID.

In the evening we all gathered to watch the big football match between Scotland and England. It was an exciting match and, although it was a 0-0 draw, Scotland played some excellent football. It is all down to the game on Tuesday against Croatia to determine if Scotland will progress to the next stage in the Tournament.
