Allium heads at V&A Design Museum
A dull warm but warm day
A restful morning then a busy afternoon with three Listening Service Appointments. There is definitely a theme emerging, people who are facing problems are finding the effects of Lockdown are making their situation a lot worse. At least people are now beginning to access the Service, which is good.
After the last appointment, we went out for a walk, starting at the V&A where we saw these beautiful Allium, complementing the building. We walked along the River Walk, between the two Bridges and a bit further and then returned, a total of 3 miles. Adding in the steps at home in the morning it was a total of 5 miles. I am aiming to do a 6 mile walk sometime soon.
In Scotland, we have entered Stage 2 of Unlock, so a bit more freedom to meet families and some businesses will start to re-open. Nicola Sturgeon is still determined to do it slowly and safely, and most are fully supportive of the approach, but not all.
