New Chair

My new chair is here; I really like it: has all the typical height adjustments, plus it can rock slightly, the seat is saddle shaped which helps keep my knees and hips happy, and I can straddle the seat backwards to rest my chest on the back rest. It's from HarrisWork Systems, a woman-owned company that lets you try out chairs at home. This chair is the HAG Capisco. 
With my shoulder so much better and a new chair I hardly have anything to complain about - except maybe the too-few hours in the day.
