Tethered by My Knee

My claims for a painless knee cyst removal were exaggerated, but they must have given me quite a pain killer as I really had no pain until last night. I suppose I overdid it, up and down the stairs a number of times. It's minimal pain, but it reminds me to give the knee a rest - and I've been trying. 
I did walk to the farmers market with Di, though, nice and slowly. Along the way I claimed a free lawn lounge chair (thanks for spotting it, Di) and bought a chickadee nest box to support a homeless shelter. Eric had to come with the truck to pick up the bounty - and me, for a ride home.
